These collaborations deliberately transfer the symbolic system Bai was using in his artworks onto MINI vehicles, Saucony footwear, CASIO watches, and Tamiya Mini 4WD models, rather than inventing a separate commercial language for each brand. As the same visual vocabulary enters different products, it must be reorganized around scale, material, construction, and use; some projects extend this recombination from graphics into the dismantling and reassembly of the object itself.

Bai intentionally retained the symbolic system of his concurrent art practice throughout these brand collaborations. Cars, shoes, watches, and models did not become new visual subjects so much as different manufactured carriers for the same language, requiring its arrangement to adapt to surface, proportion, components, and function.
The MINI 54th Anniversary limited-edition vehicle carries linear graphics across the bonnet, doors, and body. The CASIO collaboration compresses the imagery onto a wearable surface. The Tamiya Mini 4WD project combines Tibetan patterns with Bai’s symbols on a model vehicle.
The Saucony project also involves dismantling footwear. By reconfiguring its components, Bai extends the rearrangement of images into the construction of the object.
The projects retain their explicit commercial contexts, while recording how the same artistic language moves across vehicles, footwear, watches, and models and adapts to new conditions of material, manufacture, and use.

柏志威在这些品牌合作中刻意沿用自己同期艺术实践里的符号体系。汽车、鞋履、腕表和模型并不是新的视觉主题，而成为同一套语言进入不同制造条件后的载体；符号需要根据表面、比例、部件和使用功能改变排列方式。
MINI 54周年限量车型合作将线性图形展开在引擎盖、车门与车身上。CASIO腕表合作则把图形压缩到可佩戴物件的有限表面。Tamiya四驱车合作将藏族纹样与个人符号组合于模型车体。
Saucony合作进一步涉及鞋履本身的拆解。艺术家重新配置不同部件，使图像的组合延伸为物件构造的变化。
